Acquisition layer with CTC splicers, SAP applicator, powered longitudinal folding, refrigerated side tape systems, bi and three folding station, vertical stacker and hydraulic compression unit.
Mezzanine floor for raw materials, NW splicers and hotmelt systems, front and rear protections as per EU regulations.
Millhouse, double drum and acquisition was added by GDM.
Machine is already extended for frontal tape, elastic waist barrier and standing cuff system retrofitting.

- Osprey re-cycling cabin, cellulose/pulp unwinder for 4 reels, tissue unwinder for 2 reels, PCMC (Williams) hammermill/defibrator with vacuum screen, SAP dosage feeder, unwinding unit for non-woven and acquisition material, embossing and stinging compressing unit, pulp-pad cutting, length cutting and blue barrier unit, Bikoma legcuff and waistband unit for continuous processing - installed in 2002, polyethylene, legcuff, core, elastic-leg 1 and elastic-leg 2, edge-guiding system, Bikoma polyethylene unwinding unit continuous process - installed in 2002, fastening tape and pressing unit, water-cutting unit for leg-cut, Komer (Italy) bi-folding and cross-cutter - installed in 2002, Nuova Red stacker and bagger with two exit channels.

Middle layer roll, nonwoven roll and leg cuff equipment are PLC controlled. Transmission by 2-piece main shaft (line speed - cutters). Main motor is DC controlled. Equipped with Tandler gear boxes, 5 sizes belt gear for the forming unit and one adjustable variator (A3) for pad speed control.

Complete line for manufacturing of adult size wet-wipes for geriatric/hospital use (simple modification can be done for baby wipes). Capacity: 1200 packs / hour (60 wipes of 250 x 320 mm) or 2400 packs / hour (15 wipes of 250 x 320 mm).
Line consists of:
PROTNER wet-wipe unit
Coil unwinder with balancing cylinder to remove nonwoven fabric tensions, max ingoing roll width 1600 mm, roll length 2700 lm. Weight of nonwoven fabric used from 40 gr to 70 gr with a mix of 70% viscose and 30% polyester.
Longitudinal cut of five bands of 320 mm wide each by 4 pneumatic roller blades, Impregnation system with 2 pipes with small holes, one inside the other to regulate flow, 10 valves, manual operation, to feed homogeneously along the pipes. First stage; folding of the bands in Z-fold with 5 break detectors. Second stage; piling of the 5 bands folded through 15 rolls.
Transversal cut and stacking of wipes, electric cutter with frequency variator, it is possible to stack up to 8 units together, each unit of 5 wipes, that means 40 wipes ending with a control station.
SYNCHROPACK - Flow Pack System, type Pack 900 Window Pack, Thermo LTS - M1
Effect 12 Kw and 6 bar air pressure, 2 coil feeders of packing material to not stop, IMAGE encoder, blade to precut the window for opening, labeler, coupon of sealing, formator of package and longitudinal thermo sealing, thermo sealing of extremes, system verification.

Complete line for bleaching of gauze, with an average production capacity of 70 million m2 per year in full width, based on 3 shifts, 5 days/week. Consisting of;
01 pre-washing/impregnation unit consisting of 3 unwinders for woven rolls, pre-washing/impregnation unit including a dust suction fan for each fabric and finally rolled up on a perforated beam for bleaching. Max cap. Each roll is 8 000 meters so totally 24 000 meters for 1 bleach beam each roll.
02 Jaeggli Rotowa NV41 bleaching stations, yoc: 1977 but fully upgraded in 1993 with Siemens S5 controls, each batch process time is 4,5 hrs.
03 batch winding stations for dwelling and reaction purpose
01 Montforts separation station from 1992 including also a padder type Matex 2 for possibility of adding special chemical treatment to the fabric (separation of the 3 layers).
02 unwinding stations for preparation to feed the stenters
02 Monforts Montex 5G/K stenters, yoc: 1992, with fabric guiding devices at entrance, Mahlo Ecomat, Mahlo Textometer, Mahlo Orthomat FMC.
01 Cameron slitter/cutter for finished fabric
01 Schmidt heat recovery system from 1981 with a cap. Of 22 500 lit/hr.
01 Passat tumbler from 1987 for drying waste material to be baled and and prepared for recycling.
The line is complete including all necessary accessories such as pumps, chemical kitchen and mixing station.
