Compartments have an approximate content of: 20+15 Meters and a squeezer of 2 Tons, compartment of 15 Meters and direct into steamer which has 50 meters, after steamer again 20+15 meters with a squeezer of 2 tons and finally 15 meters with a squeezer of 2 tons.
Inlet from A-frame to J-box, wetting, air suction of over saturation, Caustic soda impregnation tank, air custion of oversaturation, 10 cylinder stack dryer, continuous to first wash box. The I&C programme is installed 1995 and built by Uni-T Technik, Denmark.
Heated water process is also built so that it can re-regenerate up to 70% of heat.
Line comes complete with mixing and storage tanks as well as pumps and motors.

A very versatile and complete coating line for application of various coatings consisting of 2 lines each with 2 coating heads built together so it is possible to make 4 separate coatings. The line is fully modernized with new I&C controls from Uni-T Technik 2002 and includes all accessories for mixing of different applications. The 2 lines consist of the following:
Separate mixing room with scales, storage racks and 3 stirrers in connection to the lines.
First line is Olbrich which has 2 coating heads and after each head a drying section covering 2 separate heat setting chambers. Products which only need 2 applications can be taken out after the first stage in big batch rolls.
Second line is Trockentechnik Hornberg and also has 2 coating heads and after each head is a drying section each with 3 individual heatsetting zones. Before exit on this line there is also a type of embossing calander and a water cylinder cooling section before exit in big batch rolls. Heating media for dryers is steam.
The complete line also has a surveillance system with cameras and monitors for rational production with few operators. Measurements for the total line are 45 x 6 x 6 meters (LxWxH). Average speed 12 - 15 m/min.
For finishing process after coating and drying the line also has following calander:
